RIGHTS & TAKEDOWN
A public URL is not the same as permission, so we verify the basis and act quickly.
Earth Radio displays HTTPS audio entries from the Radio Browser directory, which states that its API may be used in free and non-free software, after connection, codec, and security checks. Individual broadcaster letters are not required for directory listing, but directory data is never presented as a warranty of rights, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.
Audio travels directly between the listener's browser and the original server. Earth Radio does not proxy, relay, store, transform, record, or offer downloads. Broadcaster logos are not used; the interface uses station names, localized country names, and flags. A rights request pauses the station and every fallback source while it is reviewed. We do not extract YouTube audio, remove ads, or bypass territorial controls.
Send the station name, Earth Radio URL or identifier, affected item, your relationship to the rightsholder, the rights basis, and a reply address to brighten.develop@gmail.com. Do not send ID documents or sensitive information unless later shown to be necessary.
We acknowledge receipt within two business days. Once the required materials are complete, we provide the result or a specific processing schedule within ten business days and may hide a clearly risky item during review. Confirmed removals apply to search, saved lists, shared links, and fallback sources, with a block against re-listing.
We may request more evidence when authority is unclear. Broadcasters may appeal a mistaken action; conflicting legal claims may await an authoritative legal process.
