Earth Radio's initial official service region is the Republic of Korea. Earth Radio helps people discover internet radio entries that pass technical checks from the public Radio Browser directory, then connects the listener's browser directly to the original audio server.
Listening and search are free and there are currently no ads. If advertising is introduced after stable anonymous return traffic, we will first disclose the provider, format, and personal-data processing. Paid features would show price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
Broadcasters control schedules, audio quality, ads, regional limits, and availability. Earth Radio does not record or retransmit audio; your browser connects directly to the original server.
We do not bypass blocked sources or extract audio from YouTube video. High-quality fallback playback uses only direct audio sources published on a broadcaster's official page. A directory listing or source-check label does not mean sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by the broadcaster.
Listening does not require an account. During the Korea-first launch, community features are intended for people in the Republic of Korea who are aged 16 or older. We record only confirmation that the threshold is met, not a date of birth.
Valid safety restrictions and minimal moderation records may remain after account deletion to prevent evasion.
You keep ownership of your comments. You grant Earth Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, translate, sort, moderate, and technically reproduce them only as needed to operate the service. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for records required by law or dispute handling.
Reports are reviewed in context and are not auto-decided by volume alone. We may hide content while reviewing urgent safety or legal risks, then dismiss, remove, or restrict with an audit reason.
Appeals are accepted at brighten.develop@gmail.com. We acknowledge receipt within two business days and, once the information needed for review is complete, provide the outcome or a specific schedule within seven business days.
We may change or remove stations for rights requests, security issues, broken sources, or legal requirements. We use reasonable care but cannot guarantee third-party availability or quality.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by a court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
If a comment appears to infringe reputation, privacy, copyright, or another right, send the comment URL, affected passage, your relationship to the right, and a reply address to brighten.develop@gmail.com. Do not send unnecessary ID or sensitive data.
Where infringement is unclear but material harm is plausible, we may hide the comment temporarily for up to 30 days. Unless law or urgent safety prevents notice, we tell the requester and author why, accept the author's evidence, and decide whether to restore or remove it.
Material changes will be announced before they take effect, with a new version and date. We will request renewed confirmation when community terms or personal-data processing materially changes.
